While the conventional dust collectors require 3 months for design, manufacturing and assembly, we made it possible to install a dust collector in 48hours through manufacturing and assembly of standardized modules.
Especially, the design change from vertical installation of the filter to the horizontal installation method and selection of an aluminum header instead of the blow tube are heightened worker's convenience & safety and by 1:1 pulsing increased exhaustion efficiency and improved dust collecting efficiency by using high qualified part. Compared to a conventional one, the size gets 50% smaller in the area and 20% smaller in the volume.
